I am a dual certified Health and Life Coach. Staying healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally in life is an achievement far greater than material wealth. I focus my attention on coaching for professional adults with ADHD. Overwhelm, stress, and anxiety are the key emotions I focus on transmuting into life giving energy to use for self expansion.
